License

Upon purchasing IdeaTwister, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the software on any machines you personally own or control.

You may use IdeaTwister for personal and commercial purposes - including using the generated outputs in your own products, pitches, and business ventures. The outputs you generate belong to you.

This license is issued to one individual. You may not:

• Share your downloaded files, license key, or access with another person
• Transfer or resell your license to another individual or organization
• Use IdeaTwister on behalf of multiple people under a single purchase
• Include IdeaTwister in a shared team environment, CI pipeline, or automated system that serves multiple users

If multiple people at your company or team want to use IdeaTwister, each person requires their own license. We do not currently offer a formal team plan, but purchasing individual licenses for each user is explicitly permitted and supported.

You may not:

• Resell, rent, lease, or transfer the software or your license to any third party
• Modify, adapt, or build upon IdeaTwister's source code to create a competing or commercial product
• Repackage or rebrand IdeaTwister - in whole or in part - and distribute or sell it under any name
• Use IdeaTwister as the basis of a paid service, SaaS product, or tool offered to others
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software for the purpose of redistribution or commercialization
• Remove or alter any copyright, license, or attribution notices included in the software

Your license is perpetual - you own your copy of IdeaTwister forever. There are no subscriptions, no renewals, and no expiry. Future major version releases may be priced separately, but your purchased version will always remain yours.

Your license is revoked if you receive a refund. Upon refund processing, you are required to delete all downloaded copies of IdeaTwister from your machines. Continued use after a refund is a violation of this license.

IdeaTwister, its source code, agents, prompts, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of IdeaTwister. This license grants you the right to use the software - it does not transfer any ownership.
