Terms of Service

IdeaTwister is a collection of software files (agents, orchestrator, configuration templates, and documentation) designed to run inside Claude Code on your local machine using your own Anthropic Claude API key. It is delivered as a downloadable zip file via LemonSqueezy immediately after purchase.

IdeaTwister is a one-time purchase digital product. There is no subscription, no SaaS platform, no cloud hosting, and no ongoing service commitment beyond the 7-day refund window described in our Refund Policy.

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use IdeaTwister on your own machine(s) for your own business ideation and research purposes.

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the IdeaTwister files with anyone who has not purchased a license
• Use IdeaTwister to build a competing commercial product or service based primarily on its agent architecture
• Represent IdeaTwister as your own original work or remove copyright notices
• Reverse engineer the product for the purpose of building a commercial clone

You may share the output reports IdeaTwister generates (HTML files) freely - with co-founders, investors, advisors, or anyone else.

To run IdeaTwister you need: a computer (Mac, Windows, or Linux), Claude Code installed (free, from Anthropic), and an Anthropic Claude API key. Your API usage is billed directly by Anthropic at their standard rates - typically $1–3 per IdeaTwister run. We are not a party to your Anthropic account or API agreement.

IdeaTwister and all associated files, prompts, and architecture remain the intellectual property of IdeaTwister. Your purchase grants you a license to use it - not ownership of the underlying system design or proprietary prompts.

All output generated by running IdeaTwister is yours to use freely for any purpose, including commercial use. We claim no rights over the ideas or reports produced by your runs.

IdeaTwister is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular business purpose. AI-generated content contains errors, hallucinations, and inaccuracies - always apply your own judgment before acting on any output.

We do not warrant that IdeaTwister will be compatible with all versions of Claude Code or that it will function without interruption. Updates are provided as available but are not guaranteed on any schedule.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IdeaTwister and its creator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the product, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business decisions made based on product output.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of IdeaTwister shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product ($39).

We may release updated versions of IdeaTwister at any time. As a purchaser, you will receive updates via your LemonSqueezy download link at no additional cost for the lifetime of the product line. “Lifetime” means as long as we actively maintain and distribute the product.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved via good-faith communication by email. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree to submit to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, to the extent permitted by local law.

We may update these Terms if our product or legal obligations change. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of IdeaTwister after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
